Begin by registering as a client with the Immigrant & Refugee Services Association PEI (IRSA). They will guide you through the initial steps.

Complete CLBPT
Take the Canadian Language Benchmarks Placement Test (CLBPT) to assess your English language proficiency level.

Schedule Your Interview
Contact IRSA to arrange your free placement test and complete your application process.
